WATERSHED features a new song cycle composed by Ailís Ní Ríain and is performed by contralto Julie Comparini and pianist Yonit Kosovske. The cycle contains five songs on poetry from Jessica Brown’s book ‘And Say’ in a profound exploration of the human relationship with land and water, with a special focus on areas in the west of Ireland. The album also includes poetry readings interwoven with soundscapes along and near Lough Derg in counties Clare and Tipperary.

Chrome Attic is a CD of solo chromatic keyboard music from 17th century Italy and Germany, performed by harpsichordist Yonit Kosovske. This recording is part of Yonit’s long-term Chrome Attic project and series exploring musical chromaticism and chiaroscuro in painting and photography.
